Lets talk cheese

Our manchego. A deep & intense tasting pasteurized sheep’s cheese, that is coated in wild rosemary. This cheese is a best seller at any market we do! The maturing process can be anywhere from 60 days to 2 years. This cheese is best served with a good fruity red wine! 

Pimenton Goats cheese. Pasteurized goats milk that is carefully coated in Pimenton. The cheese is subtle and refined with a spicy kick from the paprika. Ideal with a chilled glass of white or cava!

You can find these 2 beautiful cheeses online or at our markets! Come along to the next cheese fest! Great quality products and a great atomosphere, everytime we have done this market in Eiling. The organisers put in great work, and the markets are always a good day! We were runners up of their last cheese fest, lets see if we can get the win this time round!
