Superb quality morcilla Iberico de bellota/ acorn fed spanish black pudding. Carefully selected iberico pigs are reared in the lush pastures of La Alberca, Salamanca, Extremadura, Spain. This region is esteemed for producing the tastiest native Iberian black pigs in Spain. The pigs are free range and spend the autumn months gorging on acorns which produces the delicious marbled meats revered around the world. Morcilla is commonly used in many stews and hotpots in Spain, also a great alternative for mixed meat grills and breakfast.
